How long is the course?
The course is 90 minutes long, broken into 5 distinct sections covering 40 separate, specific topics. This means you can watch for as little or as long as your attention span allows at the time.
The course is designed to allow you to dip in and out of it as needed. A written transcript is provided, plus an audio version so you can choose how you want to engage with the information.
